The work that we have done, and continue to do, alongside the work tools and resources that Square provides to us to build with and around, has resulted in a nice product for which is entirely controlled by the Square seller.
We provide the mobile app, the menu editor to control what shows in app, along with settings panels, and other control mechanisms for running a mobile app within the confines of your cafe business. The seller is able to operate the system entirely with just about everything in the app being customizable with a few clicks.
Our goal is to continue to do what we do: to provide a modern fully contained order ahead system that coffee shops can call their own. From there, the apps can be shared on Instagram, advertised in store, or wherever. Customers understand: they download the app and the rest is history.
Having customers come back to share their experience is great. People commonly ask why they would go to the big corporates any longer now that they have the quality coffee product from their local cafe and they have the proper order ahead mobile apps that yield convenience that is so helpful.
We will keep doing what we do to keep our existing cafes and their customers top of mind and happy. With the systems we work on, we can easily add more and more new cafes to the mix without having any disruption to the production line across the platform. Quality is everything.
