Payment Information for Mobile App sales

We work with businesses that use various point of sale systems. The mobile app product that we offer to you comes in many varieties. Specifically, if you have Square running in your shop(s), we look to integrate direct. With this, We use Square processing. In this case, all proceeds from app sales comes to you and we then bill the shop for the fees incurred.

If you are not using Square, we handle processing that occurs in app. In that case, we will ACH money to you weekly with the corresponding statement.

We call the non-Square mobile apps "Freestanding". For "Freestanding" please provide your banking information so we can pay you.

For Square integrated apps, we will charge the card on file monthly. We add a credit card processing fee of 2.9%, plus 30 cents. We will send the invoice prior to charging the card. 

Please indicate if your mobile app will be connected to your Square account

We will be sending orders straight into your Square POS. In doing so, we will also be using the Square Payments API so you will have a consolidated accounting system at Squareup.com.

Espressly will collect its' fee direct from you since we will not hold the money from orders that are placed in your mobile app. We do not touch any of the funds as they flow through the app, into your Square connected bank account.

Please provide the below information so we can setup your billing profile. We will charge the credit card on file monthly for the fees incurred. Note that statements will be sent before we collect any funds so there will be surprises in regard to billing from Espressly.
